BMV or Below Market Value means that the purchase price is actually lower than it would be if it were being advertised elsewhere. Many developers will offer discount off the market value to agents such as us because we can market thier properties sometimes before they are built. This helps with their cashflow and keeps their financiers happy. Usually these big discounts are on the proviso that the agent sells a certain quantity.
